a trained FileBank CSA (Customer Service Associate) to your location. The CSA sets up secure, locked shredding consoles that he/she transfers to the FileBanks shredding truck. Documents are immediately pulverized, right outside your building.
For records already stored within FileBank’s facility, we provide similar secure shredding solutions based on your assigned retention dates
and record destruction schedules. As an added safeguard, we require written authorization before destroying designated records.
